SAP Partner & Application Service Manager (all)

Your field of activity

• You manage Application Service Management across several areas and ensure a high service quality
• As a central interface, you orchestrate the operative partnership between SAP and BKW and bring the relevant stakeholders together
• You conduct service and performance reviews, demand agreed services, and ensure the obligations of BKW
• In the event of major disruptions, you take over the coordination of task forces and bring different specialists together to find solutions
• You keep an eye on KPI and service quality and derive targeted improvements for the service organization from them
• Together with internal and external partners, you coordinate operative roadmaps and drive continuous improvement forward

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in Application Service Management as well as in SAP Partner or Vendor Management forms your professional basis
• You understand IT contexts and can classify and connect technical as well as business perspectives
• You bring different interests together even in demanding situations and represent agreed services clearly and objectively
• You handle contracts and service agreements confidently and use them as a basis for effective partner management
• You appear confidently at different hierarchical levels and communicate very well in German and English
• An independent and structured way of working as well as calmness and orientation in complex situations characterize you
