Product Owner Conversational AI (w/m/d) Your job at a glance What you achieve with us You are the central contact person for chatbot and voice bot topics and are responsible for their strategic and content-related further development. You analyze sessions, user behavior and feedback, define relevant KPIs and derive optimization measures for further development from them. You recognize potentials of how AI can improve user interaction and derive concrete requirements from them. You clarify technical requirements and actively contribute your know-how and solution-oriented approaches to projects and the further development of our Conversational AI landscape. You work closely with IT, Data & Analytics, sales units and product management. A dynamic environment with a lot of creative freedom awaits you, in which you can actively drive topics forward. You bridge the gap between functional needs and technical solution approaches and communicate in a target-group-oriented manner on all levels. What you bring with you Completed education FH/HF in digital, technical or communication-related areas as well as further training, for example in business informatics or artificial intelligence. Conceptual skills as well as an affinity for reporting, analyses and data-based evaluations. - Experience with Business Analysis is an advantage. Experience with Conversational AI, ideally in the operation of chatbots or comparable solutions. Experience with the operation of agents, RAG systems and NLP, especially in the banking sector, is an advantage. Analytical skills and experience in using data to improve digital products. Understanding of digital communication, content design and user needs. Initiative, communication strength, conceptual skills and enjoyment in exploring new paths. Experience in the banking environment is an advantage, but not a must – more important is your will to shape things.
