What awaits you You lead, develop and coach a team of three customer advisors in the Customer Zone and promote a service-oriented, motivating team culture. You have responsibility for team leadership, deployment planning, employee appraisals and the training of apprentices and work closely with the Sector Head Private and Business Customers. You represent AKB and welcome customers at the Welcome Desk. The processing of customer service at the Cash Desk (deposits/withdrawals, change), management of the cash stock (CHF and foreign currencies) as well as maintenance of the ATM are among your main tasks. It is a pleasure to advise new customers as well as the team's clientele on basic services and to refer them to the appropriate departments when potential is recognizable. You maintain customer contact equally at the Learning Desk, where you present the digital channels and provide support with questions. What you bring with you You have enriched your professional career in banking with further training in business administration. Several years of experience in the Customer Zone as well as proven leadership experience distinguish you. You bring joy to active customer contact as well as to the leadership and development of employees. You want to contribute and pass on your sound knowledge of products and services in the retail basic service segment.
