Customer Delivery Manager (w/m/d/x) Software for Insurances

As Customer Delivery Manager (w/m/d/x), you ensure that our insurance customers can use the EMIL Insurance Suite according to their needs. You are part of our Customer Delivery department and thus contribute sustainably to the digital transformation of the insurance industry through the introduction of our SaaS solution at our customers. You provide our potential customers with Proofs of Concept and are the first point of contact, already before the product purchase and during implementation. You set up our SaaS solution quickly and successfully at our customers, explain how to handle and use our product, and thus ensure a seamless Go-Live of the software. Afterwards, you support with error correction and questions, laying the foundation for the long-term success of our customers. You are responsible for project management and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external; you meet regularly with the team and keep everyone up to date. If necessary, you document requirements, adjustments, and project progress. You have at least 4-5 years of experience working on technical projects or integrations, preferably with a SaaS provider in the insurance environment. Affinity for technology, preferably with a technical background. You are able to build strong and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You feel at home in project management and work in a solution- and detail-oriented manner. Fluent, negotiation-secure communication skills in English and German, written and spoken, are a must, French is an advantage. Experiences with APIs, BPMN, SaaS platforms, AWS technology, testing, requirement engineering, and the insurance world are a plus. Consulting experience is a huge plus :-). You are curious and interested in understanding the insurance landscape and its processes. You are familiar with a dynamic work environment and agile project management methods are not foreign to you. Approx. 20% travel readiness within Switzerland or Germany (if applicable).
