Your future begins here # You analyze, design, and optimize business processes in the B2B environment directly at the customer's site, often IT-supported, to improve efficiency, customer experience, and compliance. You model, develop, and automate processes and work closely with specialist departments and IT to ensure that value creation functions smoothly. With your engineering and specialist knowledge as well as your development skills, you drive digital transformation forward. Together, you implement new functions pragmatically and develop modern solutions. • Analysis, conception, modeling, development, and implementation of complex sub-processes and core processes • Optimizing and implementing through parameterization and development of software modules in various programming languages to increase customer experience • Responsibility for incident, change, and test management from a functional and technical perspective • Moderating workshops with sales, specialist departments, and IT • Further developing standards and maintaining the process inventory ## Your Skills ## • Degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in engineering sciences or business informatics or equivalent degree • Several years of experience in process management in the banking and insurance environment • Proficient in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Lean, and Six Sigma • Experience with IT systems and the implementation of software solutions • You recognize connections, think conceptually, and work in a structured manner • Communicative and confident in moderating workshops and in cross-departmental collaboration • Committed, reliable, and independent • Very good German and good English, other national languages an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
