In your role, you are the key point of our order planning and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your everyday work looks like this:
You plan and organize customer orders as well as the associated transports – efficiently and customer-oriented
You are responsible for the personnel planning of our chauffeurs
You control the daily reports and the recording of hours
You advise our customers on the telephone, coordinate appointments and find suitable solutions
You process the orders correctly and efficiently in the corresponding CRM system
We expect from you
Professional experience as a dispatcher, ideally in the field of disposal and recycling
Good commercial knowledge as well as technical understanding
Independent and structured way of working
Regional local knowledge (Zürich or Central Switzerland) is an advantage
You are resilient, possess high social competence and like to take on responsibility. In addition, you are characterized by your stress resistance and your perseverance.
