Correct benefit recording is the basis for reliable billing. In the benefit management of Spital Limmattal, you will assume a responsible function at the interface between the hospital, clinical support, and invoicing.

We are looking for a committed personality who enjoys looking closely, recognizing connections, and competently supporting our clinics with questions regarding benefit recording.

Here is where you commit yourself

• You ensure the quality of outpatient benefit recording in your assigned clinics and areas
• You check recorded benefits for completeness, plausibility, and tariff correctness and carry out necessary corrections independently
• You process and correct benefits in the ERP system as well as in the recording tool IBI-care
• You recognize optimization potential, contribute your ideas, and support the continuous further development of processes
• You work closely with the benefit managers and, together with invoicing, support the clarification of process and validator errors
• With your careful and solution-oriented way of working, you make an important contribution to correct, complete, and efficient benefit recording and billing

• have basic knowledge in benefit management and are interested in the connections between benefit recording and billing
• bring stable user knowledge in ERP systems, benefit recording tools, and Windows
• work carefully, reliably, and with quality awareness and enjoy tracking down errors and discrepancies and finding solutions
• maintain an overview even in a varied and demanding everyday working life and are characterized by resilience and flexibility
• constructive and interdisciplinary cooperation is a matter of course for you
• enjoy working independently, take responsibility for your area of tasks, and actively contribute to the team.
