Do you enjoy working in a dynamic team and agile environment? Do you enjoy coordinating inquiries and concerns from a wide variety of customer groups? Then we might be your perfect match!
SIX Terravis works between banks, land registry offices, and notaries on the digitalization of mortgage note processes. Together with your colleagues, you are the contact person for our external customers as well as for our technical and functional 3rd-level support. We look forward to receiving your application documents.

These are your tasks ##

• Oral and written customer support in the support of banks, notaries, and land registry offices
• Preliminary analysis of error reports and questions as well as resolving simple malfunctions
• Training new as well as existing customers on-site or online
• Creation and maintenance of user manuals and webinars

This is what you bring with you ##

• Experience in the field of notary, land registry, or mortgage business
• Business fluent German skills - French or Italian is an advantage
• Customer- and solution-oriented way of working
• Quick comprehension, structured approach, as well as independent completion of assigned tasks
• Technical flair and understanding of IT applications, experience in IT support is a plus
