What awaits you #####

• You lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team and live an open feedback culture
• You plan personnel deployment in shift operations and actively participate in the recruitment process.
• You ensure efficient, smooth branch operations as well as compliance with the hygiene and freshness concept
• You bear responsibility for turnover, key figures, accounting and the achievement of branch goals
• You analyze key figures and, together with the regional management, derive targeted measures for the further development of the location
• You advise customers competently and support them in selecting from our diverse confectionery and chocolate assortment
• You ensure attractive product presentation as well as creative store design and ensure product availability through the ordering process
• You are responsible for the proper processing of checkout procedures and correct accounting

What you bring with you #####

• You bring several years of sales and management experience in retail and are characterized by high social competence as well as a strong leadership personality
• You have successfully completed training in retail and/or comparable experience in handling food
• Ideally, you have initial experience in handling chocolate
• You always prioritize highest quality and customer orientation, even in turbulent times
• You enjoy taking on responsibility, think proactively within the team and promote positive cooperation
• You have sound IT knowledge and enjoy working independently and in a solution-oriented manner
• You appreciate open and respectful communication and are proficient in German, English and Italian
• You have no aversion to flexible working hours and are also prepared to take on responsibility on weekends or public holidays
