What you can contribute

• Administer files and their registration within the electronic business management system
• Assemble briefing files for the department head, the director of the office, or the deputy director
• Organize meetings and perform ordinary secretarial tasks
• Draft presentations, summaries, and other working documents for the unit and management area heads
• Provide administrative and IT support to employees and ensure replacements

What makes you unique

• Completed commercial training or equivalent
• Experience in secretarial work, ideally in the legal or public sector
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite and proficiency with standard IT tools
• High degree of autonomy and organizational skills
• Customer orientation, reliability, team spirit
• Good knowledge of a second official language

The Federal Office of Justice (FOJ) is the legal center of excellence of the Confederation. Its mission is to develop draft legislative acts in the fields of public law, private law, and criminal law and to examine all legislative projects of the Confederation regarding their compliance with the Constitution.

The areas of competence of Unit I Legislation (RS I) cover draft legislative acts emanating from the FDFA, the FOPH, and the DDPS as well as, in certain areas, the FDJP.
