To strengthen our team in Basel, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented personality for our back office in the non-life sector. Your tasks • Administrative support for our mandate leaders • Creation and tracking of offers and insurance certificates • Telephone advice for our customers in the areas of motor vehicle, household, private liability, building and travel insurance • Customer care during changes in their life situation (e.g. move, vehicle change or family increase) • Review of new and change applications with regard to acceptance guidelines and tariffs • Creation of policies, addenda and customer contracts in the administration system • Processing of contract changes, adjustments and cancellations • Maintenance and ongoing update of our CRM system What you bring • Completed commercial training (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ) in the insurance industry or Young Professional VBV and/or further training as a insurance specialist • In-depth knowledge in the field of private insurance (non-life) • Stylish German language skills in word and writing, additional language skills are welcome • High customer and service orientation • Independent, exact and efficient way of working • Pleasure in customer contact and team work What to expect • Modern workplace in the popular Basler Gellert-Quartier • A family-like, collegial and motivated team with short decision-making paths • Varied tasks and direct customer contact • Development opportunities in further areas of expertise such as SME insurance • Long-term perspectives in a successful and established company Interested?
