What awaits you ### • Your main tasks include the examination and processing of daily general ledger documents as well as responsibility for settlement accounts and the coordination of related postings. • Furthermore, you are responsible for the reconciliation of correspondent banks and payment transactions, including the posting of correspondent bank transactions. • In the case of open transactions or special cases, you handle the clarifications with contact persons. • You take on tasks in accounts payable and support activities in fixed asset accounting. • As part of quality assurance, you are responsible for the quarterly collection of balance confirmations. • Deputy tasks as well as situational support during closing work round off your portfolio of tasks. What you bring with you ### • You have a commercial education and further training as an accounting clerk or a comparable specialist training in the banking or economic sector. • It is an advantage if you have been able to gain several years of professional experience in accounting at a bank. • You are characterized by an analytical, exact, and independent way of working and enjoy working with IT systems (Excel, SAP, Avaloq) • You look forward to working in a team with Nithusha, Andrea, Valentin, and Thomas.
