The Kdo Ausb includes the Higher Officer Training, Army Personnel, five training associations, the training center, and the Specialist Office for Women in the Army and Diversity. One third of the approximately 2,350 employees work in civilian professions in the scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative, or sporting field and contribute to success together with the professional military.
