Do you have experience in outbound telemarketing, enjoy leading people, and keep an overview even with high campaign volumes? For a dynamic telemarketing environment, we are looking for a strong leadership personality who leads, develops, and supports a team operationally in day-to-day business. TASKS • Functional and disciplinary leadership of a team of telemarketing agents • Implementation and monitoring of campaign and daily targets • Management of team performance as well as monitoring of quotas and forecasts • Planning and monitoring of project allocation and team staffing • Conducting coachings, trainings, and structured call analyses • Ensuring quality specifications • Processing customer complaints and operational customer contact • Ongoing reporting and exchange of information with QM and the Telemarketing management REQUIREMENTS • Commercial basic training or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in outbound telemarketing • Initial leadership experience is an advantage • Good knowledge of outbound KPIs and campaign logic • Experience with dialer/dialogmaster systems and MS Office • Very good skills in call analysis and coaching • Strong leadership, reliable, and communicative personality • Resilience, solution orientation, and decision-making ability under time pressure • German business fluent; other languages an advantage WE OFFER • Workload of 100 percent • Responsible leadership position in outbound telemarketing • Direct influence on team performance and quality development • Varied tasks between leadership, coaching, management, and customer contact Interested?
