Your Mission

• Responsibility for the entire kitchen organization
• Building and leading the kitchen team
• Development and co-design of the menu
• Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards
• Purchasing and goods management
• Efficient organization of all kitchen processes
• Passionate Italian cuisine at a constantly high level

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience as a Head Chef
• EFZ qualification is an advantage
• Passion for authentic Italian cuisine
• Leadership experience
• Creativity and quality awareness
• Organizational talent
• Resilience and calmness even in hectic situations
