Your main tasks: ####

• Preparation and making of dishes in cold and hot kitchen (Mise en Place)
• Qualitative and careful plating of our dishes
• Proper tidying and storage of goods
• Participation in ordering, receiving and checking goods
• Autonomous management of the station and organization as well as coordination of daily work
• Responsible for the welcoming and training of new employees
• Carrying out regular quality controls as well as compliance with HACCP standards according to food legislation

• You have an autonomous and goal-oriented way of working
• A neat appearance associated with a certain confidence
• Even under pressure, you accomplish your tasks with routine
• When things get busy in our bar/restaurant, your team must be able to count on you.
• You can communicate in German and any other language is an advantage
• You are ready to work flexibly in the evenings and on weekends (one free weekend per month, no curfew)
• You have completed a cook apprenticeship or several years of experience in an establishment of comparable size and gastronomy
