What you bring with you ##

• You have an HR specialist certificate (HR-Fachausweis) or a comparable education and bring several years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• You feel comfortable in a manufacturing or industrial environment and enjoy getting to know the business, its processes, and its people.
• You quickly recognize operational connections and understand how to link HR topics with the goals and challenges of the business.
• You already bring experience in advising and accompanying managers as well as in topics related to leadership, organizational development, and change processes.
• Your way of working is independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, paired with high personal responsibility and implementation power.
• With pronounced consulting and communication competence, you create trusting relationships at different levels.
• Affinity for HR key figures, digital solutions, and modern HR instruments round off your profile.
