This department's mission is to ensure the housekeeping and logistics necessary for the proper functioning of all HUG, in terms of catering, cleaning and disinfection of premises and linen hygiene. It also manages the sterilization service, the biomedical and equipment service as well as Cressy-Santé. More than 1'350 professionals carry out their missions daily with a constant concern for excellence, with a sense of service and environmental responsibility. The Service biomédical & équipements, composed of 50 employees, is responsible for managing the medical equipment fleet of the Hôpitaux universitaires de Genève (HUG). Its main functions are technological and regulatory monitoring, investment programming, prescription, acquisition and maintenance of medical equipment. Furthermore, this service implements and monitors materiovigilance prescriptions (the head of service is the HUG materiovigilance correspondent to SwissMedic). The Secteur Qualité biomédicale includes 2 quality managers, under the responsibility of the head of service. Quality and Materiovigilance Assistant - 60% As part of your activity, you assist the quality manager of the service biomédical et équipements (SBE) within the framework of the Materiovigilance activity (vigilance concerning Medical Devices) for which the SBE is responsible. The activity requires support in data processing and incident management. Under the supervision of the Responsable Secteur Qualité and in collaboration with the quality manager, you handle tasks related to the quality and materiovigilance function involving traceability and operational monitoring of upward and downward alerts. You ensure the entry and monitoring of incidents until their closure using the tools Outlook, Excel and Ennov. You analyze and transcribe instructions to the materiovigilance correspondents. You prepare the Swissmedic announcements with the dedicated form for the materiovigilance correspondents. You are responsible for supplier quality assurance. You disseminate security notifications that concern the HUG (batch recalls/software updates/cybersecurity...). You guarantee the exchanges and communication with the quality managers for upward and downward materiovigilance alerts. You prepare and co-facilitate the meetings of the Commission Matériovigilance in collaboration with the materiovigilance unit. You provide your help and support in the resolution of EIG (serious adverse events on mandate from the DG). You support and methodically organize the activities of the materiovigilance unit (indicators, traceability, satisfaction survey, risk assessment, communication, training, etc.). Qualifications You benefit from a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent diploma completed by a professional maturity. You possess two years of experience in a company in the hospital field. Experience in a similar function represents a considerable asset. You master IT tools (Excel, specific software, etc.) and you have notions related to the Quality and continuous improvement process. You have general knowledge in Medical Devices (standards, regulations, etc.). You demonstrate organization, rigor, autonomy and structuring. You are also endowed with a good ability to synthesize which allows you to present your findings and conclusions. Your ease in contact facilitates your internal and external communication. English is an asset.
