Your missions Design, develop and pilot projects in favor of integration and the communal policy for seniors; Identify needs, develop concepts and ensure the operational organization of projects and events; Ensure project monitoring (objectives, planning, resources, budget, partnerships and evaluation); Develop and maintain collaborations with institutional, social and cultural partners; Participate in the consultation work of the network and contribute to the development of new synergies; Coordinate the various stakeholders and seek funding for the assigned projects; Participate in the welcome and information of the target public as well as communication related to the projects; Collaborate actively with the members of the section and participate in its smooth functioning. Your profile Tertiary education HES level in Travail social or deemed equivalent experience; Additional training in project management, associated with confirmed experience in piloting collaborative projects, network work and partner coordination, ideally in the fields of integration, migration, social cohesion or policies in favor of seniors; Good knowledge of policies and mechanisms related to integration and their actors; Mastery of usual IT tools; Excellent mastery of French orally and in writing; knowledge of other languages is an asset; Autonomous, organized and creative personality, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, a developed team spirit and ease in project management; Occasional availability in the evening or on weekends as well as a driving license.
