Customer Service & Order Management Clerk (m/f/d) 100%

Your area of responsibility

• Order control: Independent management of the entire B2B order process – from order entry to schedule monitoring and goods dispatch.
• Customer care & master data: Active maintenance of customer relationships as well as seamless administration and verification of contracts and supply agreements.
• Interface function: Close exchange with internal specialist departments and external partners for the fine-tuning of delivery deadlines and quantity structures.
• Logistics & billing: Creation of freight and shipping documents, processing of complaints/returns, and freight invoicing.

Your profile

• Qualification: Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) with sound practice in order processing, administration, or AVOR/disposition.
• Languages: Stylistically proficient German (C2) as well as business fluent/good French in spoken and written form; further languages an advantage.
• Personality: Assertive, resilient team player with a high service mindset and strong organizational talent.
• Way of working: Independent, structured approach to thinking and quick comprehension – even in hectic situations.
