• Responsibility for the processing of invoices, cost guarantees, and benefit inquiries in the paramedical environment.
• Technical examination of benefit claims and development of sound benefit decisions.
• Close cooperation with insured persons, service providers, as well as internal and external contact persons.
• Coordination and implementation of clarifications in demanding benefit cases.
• Contact person for technical and administrative questions regarding paramedical benefits.
• Co-shaping a service-oriented customer experience through solution-oriented action and high quality standards.

What distinguishes you ###

• Completed medical, paramedical, or commercial vocational training
• Sound specialist knowledge and professional experience in the field of physiotherapy
• Experience in benefit processing and/or a health or social insurance certificate ideally complements your profile
• Flexible, responsible, and resilient personality with an exact and independent way of working
• Flawless oral and written expression in German as well as good English skills; further language skills are welcome
