Our team rocks the event venue zum Wiedehopf with unforgettable celebrations on the rooftop terrace in Winterthur, travels all across Switzerland with Frau Hund and her wild hot dog creations, and brings a fresh breeze to Lido Letzi in Zürich in the summer. Whether elegant events, street food vibes, or chill summer days by the pool – we can do it all and are looking for people who are just as excited about this variety as we are. For our events and terrace operations, we are looking for cooks on an hourly basis who can step in flexibly and help us bring unforgettable celebrations to the plate. You help decide when you are there – we provide the stage. Ready? Then off to the kitchen! Your tasks You prepare our dishes freshly for events and terrace operations – from mise en place to plating You work independently at your station and remain calm even when the house is full You ensure order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen You assist with goods receipt and correct storage You adhere to HACCP guidelines and our quality standards You are a team player and pitch in where it is currently needed What you bring with you Completed training as a cook (EFZ) or corresponding professional experience Experience in gastronomy, ideally in the event or à la carte sector High flexibility regarding working hours – including evening and weekend shifts Reliability, resilience, and a sense for good food Sense of cleanliness and hygiene Good German language skills What we offer you Flexible assignments on an hourly basis – ideal as a side job or supplement A creative environment with plenty of room for your own ideas Two (soon three) lively brands that love heart, humor & good stories A motivated, uncomplicated team Fair pay and a great location above the rooftops of Winterthur 50% discount on F&B in all our restaurants
