Sales Customer Service Expert D/I 100%

Your tasks:

• Sale of products and digital solutions on the telephone (incl. up-selling)
• Responsibility for the implementation of projects within the framework of the corporate strategy
• Deputy for the Outbound Team Lead and operational team support
• Support in the introduction of new processes, tools, or campaigns in Outbound
• Ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines in the sales process
• Participation in continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives
• The receipt and processing of fault and alarm messages, as well as general customer inquiries in shift operation

Your requirement profile:

• Professional experience in sales or customer service with a strong sales affinity
• Initial leadership or deputy experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Confident handling of common IT applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Occasional shift work to support our Inbound team
• Business-fluent knowledge in German and Italian, French is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and implementation strength
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability are a matter of course
