Our client – a significant service company in the healthcare sector in the Biel-Seeland region – is looking for reinforcement for the HR team. • Job title: HR Generalist & Payroll
• Workload: 80–100%
• Work location: Biel region (bilingual environment)
• Entry: Immediately or by arrangement

Your main tasks

• Independent processing of monthly payroll and wage accounting for subsidiaries
• Execution of monthly and annual closings as well as interface support for financial accounting
• Processing of the entire social insurance system (sickness, accident, EO, maternity/paternity, mutations)
• Operational support of employees and managers throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Responsibility for the complete personnel administration (contracts, certificates, permits)
• Close exchange and cooperation with the P&C Business Partner

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training with further training as an HR specialist (eidg. FA) or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in personnel administration, payroll and social insurance
• Profound excellence in payroll processing and good understanding of numbers/accounting
• Routine handling of MS Office, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German or French skills with good knowledge of the other language
• Independent, structured way of working with high service orientation and networking competence
