Salesperson with warehouse responsibility (a) 50% in the Wädenswil branch

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented sales person with warehouse tasks for our dynamic team in our branch in Wädenswil in Switzerland. This is a 50 percent position that combines motivating customer service in the sales area with essential warehouse tasks. Tasks in the sales area: - Provide excellent customer service and individual product recommendations to increase sales and customer satisfaction - Process customer transactions precisely and efficiently using POS systems - Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and the added value of products to customers

• Create visually appealing product presentations that meet the store's presentation standards and attract customer attention - Answer customer inquiries and resolve problems professionally, quickly, and empathetically - Support the team in ensuring an inviting and well-organized sales environment Tasks in the warehouse:
• Receipt, inspection, and careful storage of incoming goods according to established procedures - Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular inventory counts to ensure data integrity - Preparing orders for shipment and ensuring the timely delivery of goods to the sales area - Organizing and arranging inventory in a logical and accessible manner to optimize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in the warehouse and ensure a clean, orderly working environment - Assist with stock rotation and implement appropriate warehouse processes to minimize waste and maximize productivity - Collaborate with team members to support the overall business operation and the goals of the business

Required skills and experience:

• Proven experience in retail or sales in a customer-oriented position - Experience in warehouse or inventory management - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills as well as a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Diligence and accuracy in performing tasks - Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and move goods
• Ability to work both independently and in a team - Confident use of basic computer systems and willingness to learn new software and programs - Strong oral and written communication skills - Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Reliability and punctuality Desirable skills and experience:
• Experience with POS systems - Forklift license or experience handling warehouse technology - Bilingualism (German and English) - Knowledge of using inventory management software - Previous experience in a combined sales and warehouse role - Knowledge of retail merchandising standards and best practices - Experience with warehouse management systems
