Attached to the Medical and Quality Direction of the HUG, the pharmacy's mission is to ensure a reliable and responsive supply of medicines, from the pharmacy to the care units, by anticipating market risks, to manufacture tailor-made medicines in compliance with quality standards to improve safety of use, to offer expertise at the service of health professionals and patients, to optimize medication management from prescription to administration, and to be a reference and competence center in training, teaching, and research, by integrating innovative methods. In-house Pharmacist - 50% to 60% Together with pharmacy technicians, logistics specialists, and pharmacy assistants, you participate in the routine pharmacist activity of the Pharmaceutical Logistics Unit of the HUG pharmacy. Under the supervision of the project lead pharmacists and deputy pharmacists, you ensure the smooth functioning of the medicine supply and their availability to patients. In collaboration with two other pharmacists, you are the contact person for various requests from doctors and care units related to obtaining medicines, you supervise the management of shortages, and you manage the stocks of controlled substances. You ensure the monitoring of critical medication prescriptions. You lead the batch control and recall process with the quality assurance manager. You guarantee the implementation of the medication policy and quality and safety procedures. You contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization, in close collaboration with the other pharmacists of the unit, including by participating in cross-functional meetings with other units or services (clinical pharmacy, production). You participate in the training and supervision of Pharmacy employees, including learners (MAS, trainees). Qualifications You hold a federal diploma of pharmacist or an equivalent title. You have significant experience in the organization and coordination of activities related to the medication circuit. You possess excellent skills in the use of IT tools (office automation and logistics management). You have a sense of organization and priorities, are autonomous, and bring great rigor to your work. Your ability to work in a team, your interpersonal skills, your collaborative spirit, your good communication skills, and excellent resistance to stress are recognized in you. You have perfect mastery of French, if possible German or English, and writing ease. Successful experience of at least 2 years in the hospital field, a completed specialization in hospital pharmacy (MAS, FPH, DES) are substantial assets.
