We rent out individual self\-service storage units from 1 to 50 m², which are used by private individuals and companies, including in the long term. Our versatile clientele appreciates the secure, simple, flexible and modern storage solution offered by us. In addition, besides storage, we offer additional services such as rental vehicles, packing material as well as the mediation of moves. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a customer-oriented all-rounder personality as Junior Customer Manager Sales 100% \| Region Bern Your task Customer Care In this varied task, as a member of our Front Office team, you are responsible for the support of existing customers in the stores. This includes, after new customer acquisition, among other things, their introduction to the use of the storage units, the associated administrative aspects such as accounts receivable processing, control functions regarding the access and security system, receipt of goods, organizational wishes and other tasks such as the sale of packaging material or organization of moving services with our partners. You are jointly responsible for maintaining our quality requirements and the functionality of our locations. Many of our potential customers want to visit their future storage space before concluding a contract. Through your sympathetic and convincing manner, you ensure an excellent customer experience and a high closing rate. You will perform these tasks at the location on-site. Sales The other part of the potential customers contacts us via electronic media or by telephone, which are usually processed by our Customer Care Center or also by the Front Office team. You actively support the processing of these inquiries and contribute your sales strength. You recognize customer needs, advise competently and enjoy transforming interested parties into satisfied customers. You like to work in a goal-oriented manner, think entrepreneurially and are motivated by measurable sales successes. Your qualification You thrive in active customer consulting and -acquisition – whether in a personal conversation, on the telephone or via e\-mail. You have experience in sales (internal or external service) and bring a high degree of customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking. You can adjust well to different customer types and encounter all people with respect and openness. Your professional and authentic manner helps you to quickly build trust and achieve successful closings. You are organized, reliable and like to take on responsibility. You have no aversion to administrative tasks and work confidently on the computer. You are flexible and ready to work at various locations in the Zurich region. A driver's license (category B) is an advantage. You speak fluent German (native language) and very good English; French and other languages are a plus.
