Do you combine in-depth knowledge of payroll, social insurance and SAP HCM with an enjoyment of IT projects and a strong service orientation? Are you interested in both the strategic development of systems and the reliable management of daily payroll operations? Then you are in the right place with us.

As the manager of the SAP HCM specialist service, starting from 1 December 2026 or by agreement, you will assume responsibility, along with two employees, for ensuring that the SAP HCM system on a city-wide scale and the monthly salary processing for approximately 7'500 employees function reliably, correctly and punctually. You will operate at the interface of HR, IT and the specialist field, advise departmental personnel services and actively contribute to the development of our HR system landscape.

Your tasks ##

• Lead the SAP HCM specialist service with two employees
• Overall responsibility for the city-wide SAP HCM system, taking into account professional and technical requirements
• Solution-oriented advice and support to departmental personnel services, including 2nd level support
• Maintenance, management and continuous development of the SAP HCM system
• Project management in the field of payroll and associated systems

Your profile ##

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business informatics plus continuing education in social insurance and project management
• In-depth experience with IT projects in the field of payroll and a marked understanding of professional and technical connections
• Very good SAP HCM knowledge including 2nd level support; customization is an asset
• Strong service orientation as well as a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• At least 4 to 6 years of management experience
