After thorough induction, you lead group therapies and accompany patients through the structured therapy process. As a nursing specialist, you design the daily program, observe and analyze group dynamics, and document the course of treatment in our hospital information system. In your varied daily work, you encounter the entire spectrum of psychiatric clinical pictures and work closely with our treatment team from medicine, psychology, nursing, and therapy. At our location in Uznach, you actively participate in reports, case discussions, and continuing education, and maintain continuous exchange with other practitioners. Together with your colleagues, you engage in public relations work and represent psychiatry professionally and sympathetically to the outside world. Your profile You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and ideally have already gained professional experience in psychiatry (SRK recognition or positive SRK PreCheck for foreign diplomas required).
