For our client, we are looking for a technically savvy and organizationally strong personality for the operational coordination of a service center.

Our client is an established company in the technical trading and service environment. In the service center, electronic devices and technical products are diagnosed, repaired, and maintained. Additionally, customer-specific cables and electrical components are manufactured and repaired.

For this versatile function, we are looking for a personality who enjoys hands-on practical work themselves, while simultaneously maintaining an overview of daily operations and enjoys actively developing structures and processes.

Your task ##

You will take over the operational coordination of the service area and ensure that orders are processed efficiently, on time, and with high quality.

In doing so, you will combine technical expertise with organizational talent and continue to work actively in the workshop yourself.

Your area of activity includes, among others:

• Carrying out repairs, fault diagnoses, and technical work
• Manufacture and processing of cable assemblies as well as electrical components
• Organization and coordination of daily workshop operations
• Planning of capacities, work assignments, and priorities
• Ensuring efficient order processing and constant service quality
• Coordination of the required workshop capacities for recurring manufacturing and repair orders
• Technical advice in repair, warranty, and service cases
• Processing of customer inquiries and complaints
• Developing sustainable solutions for technical or organizational problems
• Administration and planning of spare parts and other required resources
• Monitoring material availability
• Analysis of existing workflows and continuous optimization of processes
• Participation in the development of clear structures and transparent processes in the service area

Important: In this position, classic personnel management is not the focus. You will concentrate on the professional, technical, and organizational coordination of the service center.

Your profile ##

You are a reliable and solution-oriented personality who combines technical understanding with organizational skill.

Ideally, you bring the following requirements:

• Technical training or further education in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, vehicle electrics, or a comparable specialty
• Practical experience in repair, diagnosis, or technical service
• Experience in the after-sales or customer service environment is an advantage
• Enjoyment of practical workshop work and simultaneously of organizational tasks
• Strong sense of order and a structured way of working
• Ability to set priorities and maintain an overview even with a higher workload
• Independent, reliable, and resilient personality
• Customer-oriented and communicative nature
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• French skills are an advantage
• Good user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
