Record, process, and follow up on messages received in the department's generic mailbox. Register temporary staff files in the VRH system. Enter and update temporary assignments in VRH. Sort and prepare contracts transmitted by placement agencies for validation and signature. Manage temporary personnel requests via the e\-Process tool. Ensure coordination between healthcare services and placement agencies for personnel needs. Guarantee precise administrative follow-up and compliance with current procedures. Candidate Profile As an HR assistant, you have the following profile: Hold a certificate as an HR manager. First successful experience in a Human Resources environment. Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as collaborative tools. Very good writing skills and excellent command of French, both oral and written. Sense of organization, rigor, and discretion.
