For the winter season, the Crans Ambassador, 5* hotel in Crans-Montana is looking to complete its team: Commis de cuisine (F/M). Your mission will include: Preparing and cooking simple preparations under the control of managers Assisting with mise en place Storing goods Applying hygiene rules Cleaning the kitchen, fridges, pot washing Applying standards and procedures Maintaining the machines of their service Ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment made available to them and taking all necessary measures to compensate for and resolve any technical deficiencies SEARCHED PROFILE Experience in a similar position in an establishment of the same level Oral mastery of French Dynamic person with a team spirit Flexibility and adaptability Sense of responsibility Learning speed
