Who are we looking for?

Essential:

• Interested in ServiceNow consulting and having studied information systems management
• Proficiency in German and English - You communicate confidently with German-speaking clients as well as international clients
• Functional expertise - You understand business requirements and can translate them into ServiceNow "language"
• Business analyst mindset - You think in processes, not just in functionalities
• Assets (but highly appreciated):
• IT understanding - You know IT processes, ITIL fundamentals, or IT service management
• Consulting experience - You have already worked on client projects or in a consulting environment
• 1 to 3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow (ideally in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or Workflow modules) or similar automation platforms
• Certifications - Certified ServiceNow Developer or Administrator
