-Hotel management training mandatory (minimum 3 years)
-Mastery of meat AND fish cooking
-Knowledge in pastry is a plus
-Stock and order management
-Great sense of organization
-Respect for technical sheets
-Driving license and having a vehicle mandatory - Rotating chef de partie
-Mise en place, plating and service
-mise en place and service restaurant, seminar and banquets
-Respect for HACCP standards
-Brigade of 8 people
