The Competence Center Education supports staff with and during initial, advanced, and continuing education, thus making an important contribution to ensuring professional and high-quality nursing care. Nursing quality is also a central concern of Nursing Development, which, together with the specialist managers, leads cross-ward projects based on evidence-based knowledge.
