Customer Relationship Advisor

Main tasks

• Act as the first point of contact to inform or guide customers by telephone
• Respond to requests relating to our basic banking products and our digital services (e-banking, Twint, etc.)
• Perform various administrative tasks related to telephone calls
• Identify business potentials and transmit clients and prospects to the correct sectors
• Active advice and sale of the product range
• Inform, support, and actively collaborate with the other services of the bank

Skills and professional aptitudes

• Training in the commercial field (CFC commercial employee or equivalent)
• Experience in the financial sector or several years of experience in a call center
• Ease in advisory and sales activities
• Oral and written communication skills
• Perfect mastery of French and a minimum of one foreign language (German, English, etc.)
