Digital Transformation Manager

Your mission

As part of an ambitious digital transformation strategy, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to drive the evolution of the information system, support the modernization of tools, and support the development of a true digital culture within the organization.

A member of the Executive Committee, you will define the digital strategy, drive its implementation, and support teams through technological and organizational transformations.

You will supervise the current IT Manager and coordinate external partners to ensure the coherence, performance, and security of the information system.

We are a company of about fifty employees.

Your responsibilities

Strategic Steering

• Define and implement the digital transformation strategy.
• Translate management orientations into an operational roadmap.
• Ensure the governance of the information system.
• Define and monitor budgets related to digital transformation.
• Develop performance indicators and dashboards.
• Identify and control risks related to security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure technological monitoring and promote digital innovation.

Conducting Transformation

• Drive information system modernization projects.
• Define the target architecture and support its evolution.
• Optimize business applications and internal processes.
• Finalize and consolidate the deployment of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Supervise IT service providers and ensure the quality of services delivered.
• Drive the analysis of needs, selection, and deployment of a future ERP solution.
• Design and coordinate training programs related to digital, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
• Support users in the adoption of new tools and new practices.

Innovation and Digital Accessibility

• Develop digital solutions promoting the autonomy of beneficiaries.
• Ensure active monitoring of assistive technologies and accessibility solutions.
• Evaluate new tools integrating artificial intelligence.
• Contribute to the development of new high-value-added digital services.
• Develop partnerships with actors in the sector.

Your profile

Education

• Higher education in business informatics, information systems, or an equivalent field (HES, University, or Master's).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading digital transformation and information system projects.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects.
• Experience in managing teams and external service providers.
• Experience in the non-profit, public, parapublic, or medico-social sectors is an asset.

Technical Skills

• Excellent mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, M365 governance).
• Experience in the selection and deployment of ERP solutions.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Understanding of the challenges related to generative artificial intelligence.
• Sensitivity to digital accessibility issues is appreciated.
