Technician Dispatcher 100% (a)

Your tasks:

• Receipt and professional processing of telephone and written service and repair orders
• Efficient planning and dispatching of service technicians in daily operations
• Coordination and appointment scheduling between customers, technicians, and internal interfaces
• Ensuring smooth and timely deployment planning
• Organization of service assignments as well as coordination of material and internal processes
• Processing of service reports and administrative maintenance of orders in the system
• Competent support for customer concerns as well as solution-oriented processing of complaints
• Support in the continuous optimization of service processes

Your profile:

• Completed technical or commercial basic training
• Mandatory professional experience in dispatching, deployment planning, or service coordination
• High customer orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• For an additional position, very good French and German skills
• Good MS Office skills, SAP experience is an advantage
• Organizational talent with high resilience and ability to work in a team
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
