The following diverse tasks await you:

• Active collaboration with field service employees
• Handling the concerns of our brokers
• Ideally, you have experience in all-branch insurance and have an interest in a versatile activity across all insurance sectors.
• Customer support via telephone and at the counter
• Opening of claims cases and processing of small losses
• Support with renovation measures

What distinguishes you:

• Several years of insurance experience, preferably with VBV
• High customer orientation and a consistently friendly and helpful demeanor
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
• Independence and flexibility
• Structured and precise way of working
• Calm and confident manner even in difficult situations
