Your tasks
• Technological and personnel management of the domain (Mobile, dashboards, and service recording), including the recruitment, development, and coaching of team leads and employees.
• Development and communication of the strategic roadmap and priorities for the domain, in coordination with the product and corporate strategy.
• Definition, monitoring, and continuous optimization of relevant key indicators (KPIs) for quality management, delivery capacity, and performance.
