Your tasks • Technological and personnel management of the domain (Mobile, dashboards, and service recording), including the recruitment, development, and coaching of team leads and employees. • Development and communication of the strategic roadmap and priorities for the domain, in coordination with the product and corporate strategy. • Definition, monitoring, and continuous optimization of relevant key indicators (KPIs) for quality management, delivery capacity, and performance. • Implementation of efficient planning and delivery models (e.g., sprints, roadmaps, OKRs) and ensuring the achievement of goals across all teams. • Close collaboration with other domains, interdisciplinary teams, as well as direct exchange with clients and user groups (medical and nursing staff). • Representation of the domain to management as well as in cross-functional committees (e.g., architecture and security). • Ensuring internal coordination as well as a transparent and efficient exchange of information between teams and with other domains. • Harmonization of the technology stack and CICD processes between teams in collaboration with other domains. Your profile • Several years of experience in software development, including several years in the personnel management of teams or development organizations. • University degree in computer science, medical informatics, or equivalent training. • Good technical understanding of modern web and/or mobile development (e.g., React, TypeScript, Kubernetes) to be able to evaluate and support technical decisions on a sound basis - willingness to learn and speed of understanding are essential. • Pronounced strategic and conceptual skills as well as experience in budget and resource planning. • Very good communication skills with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and management, as well as economic thinking. • Experience in organizational change management (e.g., reorganizations, team constitution) is an advantage. • Interest or initial experience in the healthcare sector. • Fluent command of German and English, both spoken and written, ideally French.
