We are currently mandated by our client, a restaurant group located in the mountains of central Valais, for the recruitment of a dynamic and committed professional who will hold the position of Gastronomy Manager (M/F) Job Description Lead all F&B operations across several sites and guarantee quality of service Supervise, structure and develop a team of managers Optimize staffing and financial performance (turnover, costs, productivity) Make quick decisions and ensure operational stability in a seasonal environment Develop the attractiveness of offers and contribute to the F&B strategy Profile sought Minimum 10 years of experience in catering, including significant experience in multi-site management Proven experience in managing large teams (100+ employees) Solid mastery of financial issues (P&L, personnel ratios, productivity) Asserted leadership and ability to impose a demanding framework on restaurant managers Very operational profile: capable of moving from strategic steering to field action Resistance to pressure and strong decision-making capacity Mastery of French and English (German an asset, Italian a plus) Experience in a mountain environment appreciated We offer you A position of responsibility for a constantly evolving company with benefits such as preferential rates for you and your loved ones, access to sports facilities, an internal training program, as well as discounts on ski passes and local activities.
