The Résidences Prendre Soin et Accompagner (RPSA) are closely linked to the Caisse de pension de l’Etat de Genève (CPEG) as it is their shareholder and property owner. Thanks to a private law foundation and a limited liability company (Sàrl), both non-profit, RPSA's mission is to operate buildings for the benefit of elderly people and offer them services adapted to their level of autonomy and security needs. To support our team, we are recruiting a Head of Socio-Cultural Support and Community Action CDI 100% - Class 17 Mission description The job holder will be responsible for: Taking charge of a socio-cultural support sector; Organizing, planning, coordinating, in collaboration with site managers, the activities of the different entities making up the service, regularly and periodically controlling all these activities; Participating in the definition and implementation of the strategic axes of the socio-cultural support service and community actions; Ensuring the management, analysis, control, and updating of the various documents, dashboards, and indicators necessary; Ensuring the proper circulation of useful information to their service throughout the residences; Communicating with network partners and developing community projects and actions; Evaluating the needs of future residents and proposing adapted innovations Participating in the interdisciplinary team in the development of each resident's life project. Guaranteeing their quality and follow-up for consistent support adapted to their rhythm and daily needs as well as a dignified end of life and support for families and loved ones; Taking charge, directing projects, and carrying them out within the given deadlines. Constituting and realizing various reports, as well as research in the different fields under their responsibility, documenting the developed proposals; Maintaining and developing links with the social and health network of the canton by promoting interdisciplinarity and community actions; Searching for the information necessary for their activity and updating the knowledge necessary for the exercise of their function. Your profile Master's degree in social work (HETS) or equivalent training; Additional training in management; French language spoken and written mandatory; Confirmed experience ideally in the fields of health and/or social services; Knowledge of the Geneva health network; Mastery of computer tools; Experience in personnel management and experience of 3 to 5 years in managing an activity sector of similar size.
