YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Receipt and processing of all customer inquiries, as well as incoming customer orders (specialist retailers, pharmacies, doctors, clinics etc.)
• Processing of credit notes and returns
• Maintenance of customer, article and master data in the ERP system
• Active sales and field service support
• Customer correspondence and invoicing / dunning processes
• Support in projects
• Close cooperation with logistics, product and marketing management as well as other internal departments
• Depending on your strengths and interests, further tasks can be taken on

YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in sales back office/customer service or order management
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as ideally experience with ERP/CRM systems
• German as mother tongue as well as good oral and written French skills (B2)

Remuneration / Working hours

• 13th month salary
• 40 hour week
• KTV and UVG 100% paid by us + UVG supplement private ward
