As a Scrum Master, you create the framework so that agile teams can unfold their full potential. You promote self-organization, strengthen collaboration and accompany teams on their way to more effectiveness and continuous improvement. What you achieve ## • You accompany several agile teams as a Scrum Master and support them in continuously developing their collaboration. • You promote self-organization, personal responsibility and a sustainable agile way of working. • You moderate Scrum events such as Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, retrospectives and other agile formats effectively and purposefully. • You recognize obstacles early, support their elimination and ensure a smooth flow of information. • You accompany teams during conflicts and promote an open feedback and error culture. • Together with Agile Coaches, Product Owners and managers, you continuously develop our agile organization. • You exemplify agile values such as focus, openness, respect and commitment and actively contribute these to the organization. What you bring ## • Several years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable role in an agile environment. • Sound knowledge of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe. • Experience in accompanying software development or IT teams. • A pronounced understanding of Servant Leadership as well as enjoyment in empowering people and developing teams. • Strength in moderation, communication and conflict resolution. • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form. • A curious, solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
