For a replacement during maternity leave in our HR team in Puidoux, we are looking starting August 2026 for a duration of 6 months for an open and dynamic person for the position of HR Business Partner at 80%. HR Business Partner 5-month fixed-term contract (f/m/d) September 2026 - January 2027 Exciting tasks • Advising and supporting managers and employees in their respective areas of competence • Responsibility for the entire recruitment process (writing advertisements, receiving applications, pre-selection, recruitment interviews, and telephone interviews) • Responsibility for the entire personnel administration process, from entry to exit (drafting contracts and work certificates, work permit requests, drafting terminations and confirmations of terminations) • Implementation of disciplinary measures and support during interviews • Implementation of HR strategies and active sparring partner for managers • Perfect application of HR policies and procedures, while being proactive in suggesting improvements • Point of contact for internal clients for all questions related to the Human Resources field.
