Sous Chef

Field of activity

• Represent the Head Chef in his absence
• Rotating station responsibility (Saucier, Entremetier, Gardemanger)
• Assist with menu planning and ordering goods
• Regularly perform quality controls
• Train in hygiene regulations and comply with the Food Law
• Conduct monthly inventory

Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a cook or several years of professional experience in a comparable establishment
• Sound technical and product knowledge
• Creative ideas for the processing of high-quality products
• High quality awareness and resilience
• Good German skills and/or good Italian skills, other foreign languages are a plus
