Machining Manager H/F Job Description: Mandated by one of our clients, an internationally recognized industrial player known for its technological expertise and high-precision solutions, we are looking for an Internal Machining & Training Center Manager. In this key role, you will take responsibility for a strategic machining department as well as the training program for polymechanic apprentices. A true operational driver, you will actively contribute to industrial performance, continuous improvement, and the development of tomorrow's talents. Your responsibilities: Machining workshop management Define and implement manufacturing strategies for CNC turning and milling centers Ensure productivity, quality, and machine utilization rate objectives Supervise daily operations and optimize production resources Reduce non-conformities and ensure a high level of quality requirement Management & continuous improvement Supervise, support, and develop teams of polymechanics Deploy continuous improvement actions according to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies Implement and monitor department performance indicators Standardize processes and write operational procedures Training Center Management Supervise the entire training course for polymechanic apprentices over 4 years Ensure efficient organization of training time and pedagogical follow-up Accompany apprentices until they obtain their CFC Actively participate in the transmission of technical know-how Compliance & standards Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety rules, and ESG requirements Ensure the application of good industrial and organizational practices Job requirements: Your profile Higher education in mechanics, microtechnology, or industrial engineering Confirmed experience in managing a CNC machining workshop Solid team management skills Very good knowledge of manufacturing processes, CNC turning, and milling Mastery of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or DMAIC tools Good mastery of MS Office tools; SAP is an asset Excellent analytical skills, sense of organization, and results-oriented Fluent French and good level of English; German is a real advantage What our client offers you A position with responsibilities and a concrete impact on industrial performance A modern, stimulating, and multicultural technical environment A company focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement Committed teams and a culture that promotes autonomy and initiative Real prospects for evolution A good balance between professional and private life jpide23476cjm jpit0627jm jpiy26jm
