After a careful and personal introduction, you will take responsibility for "your" project or client mandate. You can count on the collegial support of your colleagues.

You don't need to be a software professional yet, but a great interest in IT and digitalization topics is just as important as a fascination for HR and payroll processes.

What do we imagine in your educational backpack? Not so easy, many paths lead to us. A commercial education supplemented with further training in business administration at FH/HF level or with a federal diploma in the field of HR is certainly promising. In order to accompany our customers optimally at eye level, you bring several years of professional experience in the field of HR and/or payroll.
If you have already come into contact with Abacus or other ERP systems, even better. Perhaps in the HR area or in payroll accounting. But it is not a requirement.
