The focus is on the promotion of professional, social, and methodical competencies. Your tasks with us: Coach / Jobcoach – focus on career counseling for specialists and executives (80 %) Counseling & Support: Individual support of specialists and executives in the integration process as well as in the development of new professional perspectives and sustainable solutions. Career Counseling & Case Management: Conducting assessments, career counseling, and potential analyses, as well as coordinating case management in close cooperation with the disability insurance (Invalidenversicherung) and other stakeholders. Job Coaching & Network: Support in the entire application process, active accompaniment during the job search, and maintenance and expansion of a viable company network for successful labor market integration. Trainer / Jobcoach – focus on group activities (80 %) Counseling & Support: Planning and conducting individual and group training to strengthen the professional competencies of our participants. Competency Development: Promotion and further development of professional, methodical, and practical competencies. Workshops & Job Coaching: Organization and implementation of group offerings and workshops with a focus on employability & support in the application process for a successful entry into the labor market.
