The Verein Kloster Fischingen operates a hotel and gastronomy business, a carpentry, a cultural operation, and a school in a monument of national importance. For a small Benedictine community, the monastery is home. The historic architecture with its unique ambiance makes the Hotel* with 40 hotel rooms as well as 13 seminar and banquet rooms unique. We are working with all our strength on the future of the baroque pearl: repositioning for a wide range of guests and expanding the range of products and services. We are looking for as soon as possible or by arrangement a Receptionist (m/f/d) Your tasks that will move you and us forward: • Close cooperation in the Front Office team (4 employees) • Shift takeover and active cooperation (Check-In, Check-Out, reservation acceptance, correspondence, etc.) • Ensuring smooth workflows in the reception area • Cooperation in reviewing departmental goals (guest reviews, complaint handling) • Management of online distribution channels (OTAs) • Monitoring occupancy based on forecasts • Optimization of reception and seminar processes • Greeting and looking after guests Your profile to move something together: • Completed vocational training in hospitality EFZ • Service-oriented mindset and communication skills • Knowledge of MS Office and PMS Protel knowledge • Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form • A well-groomed appearance Resilience, flexibility, and assertiveness round off your personality.
